    We want you to be completely stoked with your CNY Custom Apparel purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.   • What if I received a damaged or defective item?
    Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at cnycustomapparel@gmail.com or 315-313-2885, and we'll make it right. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your request.
  • How do I care for my custom apparel?
    To keep your custom gear looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out on a cold cycle and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the design. For more detailed care instructions, check out the product page for your specific item.
