Returns & Exchanges Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We'll hook you up with a return shipping label and instructions.

Pack your items back up in the original packaging (if you still have it).

Ship it back to us using the label we provide.

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), you are eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
Unworn and Unused Items: You may return unworn or unused items in their original condition with tags and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items can't be returned or exchanged unless they're defective.
Items marked as "final sale" are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Timelines
Requesting a Return, Refund, or Exchange: You must initiate a request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Processing Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping Fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Other Reasons for Return: For any other reason for return or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
